Renting a student property can be daunting, but at Student Spacez we like to keep things as simple as possible. To rent with us, follow these 4 simple steps:

1. Book a Viewing

Got the hots for one of our properties? The first step is to CONTACT US to book a viewing. We understand your study time is precious, so no need to take time out from your lectures! At Student Spacez, we host viewings during evenings and over weekends too!

2. Viewing Your Property

We’ll always meet you outside the property. Be sure to ask lots of questions on your viewing as this is be the best opportunity to go through anything you want to know or are unsure of.

3. Securing your property

OK, so you’ve found ‘The One’! To secure a property, ensuring it’s all yours, you’ll need to pay a reservation fee to take the property off the market. This reservation fee will become your deposit upon signing your tenancy agreement and will be protected under a government approved deposit protection scheme.

4. Signing your contract

Time to seal the deal! Having paid your reservation fee and providing us with all the information we need, it’s then time to sign an Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement. This can even be done online, from the comfort of your own home. You’ll ALWAYS be given time to read through the contract thoroughly and to ask any further questions you might have.
